For legal purposes you must be 18 or older to book. Parents or guardians may book for you.

If you are booking for a minor you will be able to stay with them during their appointment.

​

If you are feeling under the weather at all (e.g. cough, fever, shortness of breath, etc.) please do not make an appointment. If I notice any of these symptoms you will be turned away and your retainer will not be refunded.

For legal and safety purposes you are required to submit a photo ID when signing the contract.

​

Please do not show up more than 5 minutes early to your appointment. You will have to wait until your scheduled appointment time.

Please do not show up to your appointment under the influence you will be turned away

 

Please do not bring any extra guests to your appointment unless discussed with me beforehand. That includes children, friends, and family.

Same day bookings are not guaranteed.

​Payments will only be accepted in the form of cash, invoice or card.

​

A 3% processing fee will be added on to every card or online transaction. 

​

Retainers are non-refundable but are transferable.
